We live in modern society when everyone is busy with his or her own job and barely have time for exercise or eating healthy food. IBS is a familiar term by people with stomach illness; IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome is serious problem that caused enormous pain inside your abdominal. Fiber can be very helpful to cure IBS; you need two types of fiber, which are soluble and insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber are found at apples, orange and beans, this type of fiber is dissolve in water. Insoluble fiber can be found in grain and wheat breads and vegetables.

The doctors said that food do not caused IBS, but some food may make the symptoms of IBS worse, that is why you need to limit the consumption of coffee, chocolate, alcohol and milk products, these food may bring different symptoms like gas, or lactose intolerant. Stress may also trigger the symptoms, if your job has become over demanding, you can talk to someone in your office that can give you the way out.
